How to Make Sheet Pan Meatloaf
1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, half the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a large spoon to mix until just combined — don’t overwork it.
3. Shape and bake
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and lightly spray with cooking spray. Shape the meat mixture into a rectangle, about 1½ inches thick. Bake for 45 minutes.
4. Add the sauce and finish baking
Brush the top with the remaining BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (73°C).
5. Rest and slice
Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra BBQ sauce if you like.
