Keto Parmesan Meatloaf

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, eggs, almond milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Spread the sugar-free tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
