1 pkg frozen phyllo dough thawed
½ cup honey
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup chopped nuts optional
Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Mix honey and cinnamon. Unroll phyllo and cover with damp cloth.
Layer 4 sheets, brushing each with butter. Spread honey mix on top, add nuts.
Roll tightly and place seam-down on baking sheet. Repeat.
Brush tops with remaining butter. Bake 15–20 mins until golden.
Cool, slice, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
