‘Festive flavor in every slice’—Just 3 ingredients. I serve this every year and it disappears.

1 (3-4 pound) pork loin roast
1 (14-ounce) can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1 packet of onion soup mix
Directions
1. Place the pork loin roast in the slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix.
3. Pour the cranberry mixture over the pork loin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
5. Once cooked, remove the pork loin and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the sliced pork with the cranberry sauce from the slow cooker drizzled over the top.

Variations & Tips
For a bit of heat, consider adding a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the cranberry mixture. If you’re looking for a more savory touch, you can add fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs to the slow cooker. For a sweeter sauce, mix in a tablespoon of brown sugar. This dish can also be adapted for the oven by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours, covered, in a roasting pan.
