Once the ribs are cooked, you have two options to finish them off: a. Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully transfer the cooked ribs to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush on more BBQ sauce and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized. b. Grilling Method: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the cooked ribs on the grill and brush with more sauce. Grill for about 5-10 minutes, flipping and brushing with sauce, until nicely charred.
Serve and Enjoy:
Once the ribs are finished cooking in the oven or on the grill, remove them and let them rest for a few minutes.
Cut the ribs between the bones and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
