1 can of heavy cream
1 packet (10g) of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of pineapple juice (or any juice of choice for flavor)
Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin: To unflavoured gelatin, take 5 tablespoons of water and mix to dissolve it. Keep it for 5 minutes and then head towards heating until everything combines together. Afterwards allow it to cool a bit.
Blend the Mixture: In a blender combine condensed milk, heavy cream and pineapple juice and blend it for 1-2 minutes until everything is smooth and fully combined.
The final step in preparing this dish involves incorporating the gelatin. To do so, slowly add the dissolved gelatin into the blender while the mixer is still running.
Let’s Prepare the Dessert: Next, what needs to be done is to pour the mixture into a serving dish or put it into individual ramekins. After doing so, cover the dish, every single ramekin, and then put them all into the refrigerator. They need to be frozen for at least 4 to 6 hours and up till the time they set.
Let’s Serve it: Now it’s time to layer or scoop and serve the dessert. You can start stacking the dessert on top of garnishments or use a scoop and pour it on top, whichever one pleases you the most.
