1. Prepare the Chicken:
Slice the chicken breasts into strips or cubes.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
2. Make the Cheesy Garlic Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, melted butter, and minced garlic.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheeses melt and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Stir in dried parsley if desired.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for easier folding.
Spread a generous layer of the cheesy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
Add the cooked chicken, fresh spinach or lettuce, and tomato slices.
Add any optional veggies or spices for extra flavor.
4. Wrap and Serve:
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
Serve immediately or toast the wraps in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side for a crispy finish.
