A Natural Wellness Tonic for 2025: Exploring a Soursop & Hibiscus Blend

1/2 fresh soursop (seeds removed), chopped

1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers

1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (or 1/2 tsp powder)

2 cups (500 ml) filtered water

Instructions:

Combine: Place the chopped soursop, hibiscus flowers, and turmeric in a blender.

Blend: Add the two cups of water and blend on high until completely smooth.

Strain (Optional): For a smoother drink, strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the hibiscus and any fibrous bits.

Serve: Drink immediately for the freshest taste and highest nutrient content.
