A fun, bite-sized twist on taco night! These individual “cupcakes” feature crispy wonton shells filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese, perfect for parties, appetizers, or a light meal.

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil

1 lb lean ground beef

2 tbsp taco seasoning

Salt, to taste (optional)

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, thoroughly drained

24 wonton wrappers

1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking spray

For Garnish:

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup sliced green onions

¼ cup fresh diced tomatoes
