Ingredients
3 large sweet onions (Vidalia or Texas Sweet work best)

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Onions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel the onions and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds. Separate the rings gently.

2. Layer the Onions & Butter
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange the onion rings in an even layer.
