Decadent Peach Crumb Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups (150 g) graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup (120 ml) sour cream

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

For the Peach Layer:

3 cups (about 4–5) fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or canned, well-drained)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Crumb Topping:

1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (100 g) brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
